3 steps to suppress food & sugar cravings:
◦ Step 1 – Distract Eat or drink something healthy – Choose foods that are predominantly protein instead of refined carbohydrates.
◦ Step 2 – Disrupt Look to ‘change state’ – Do something that disrupts the current state in your body like take a shower, go for a walk or do a little exercise.
◦ Step 3 – Delay Set a timer for one hour and tell yourself that for just one hour, you’ll do without it. Bonus tip – Magnesium
